A:Sure, the material we are using are eco-friendly,no-toxic,no harm to people,and we have LFGB,FAD,CE,SGS, ROHS quality certificate for the material .
2.What's your acceptable payment?
A:L/C, T/T, Western Union,etc.
3.Can I get samples?
A:Sure prodivde the samples in stock for free, but freight should be payed by buyers. It will need sample charges for custom designs, which will be refundable after placing up to certain quantity.
4.Can it personalize for the items?
A:Yes, we can make personalized for you.
5.What is the options of the packing method?
A:OPP bag, Blister box, Paper card box or make customized package.
6:Can I mix order? Could you pls give me a discount if I buy more?
A:Not problem,mix order, any PMS colour are totally welcomed, the more QTY you order the lower price you get.
7.How long is the watches sample lead time?
A:Sample lead time:1-3days if you don't need customized.If you need the watch t be customized,the sample lead time will be 10-15workdays.
8.What if the watches i received have quality problems,what can you do for me?
A:Before we send the watches,we have professional QC to test the quality,if watches are all in good condition,then we send it.We are responsible for watches with quality problem,but if for man-made damage,like damage during the shipment,improper usage, We are irresponsible.
9.Can i have warrant?
Our watches come with a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover the glass and general wear and tear.
